We are looking forward to celebrating our marriage with our closest friends and family. This website provides information the hotel, the schedule of events for the week, and transportation from the airport to Santa Teresa. We hope you will find it useful for planning your trip.

A few things you need to know
December is a very popular month to visit Costa Rica, so if you are planning to join us for all the festivities we highly recommend making your travel arrangements as soon as possible - especially if you are using airline points to travel.
(Don’t forget to make sure your passports are valid too.) – Costa Rican law requires your passport to be valid for 6 months after your planned entry into the country.
We have partnered with Latitudes to handle all the hotel rooms, transfers, and tour arrangements. The rooms at the hotel are blocked for our wedding party. Please do not contact the hotel directly. Latitudes will assist you with your planning and handle all of your travel arrangements in Costa Rica.

Latitudes can assist you with all aspects of travel in Costa Rica (in-country flights, car rentals, tours, hotels and extended travel in Costa Rica). You need to book your own flights to and from Costa Rica.
You can fly into San Jose (SJO) or Liberia (LIR). Latitudes can arrange transportation from either airport to the hotel.

The wedding accommodations are approximately a 5-hour drive from the San Jose Airport and 3 hours from the Liberia Airport. Latitudes will arrange reliable air-conditioned transportation to and from the airport. They can also book domestic flights to Cobano (Santa Teresa) if you prefer to fly rather than take a private shuttle.
The transport schedule is being worked on and Katherine from Latitudes will provide details closer to the travel dates.– Transportation to/from the wedding venue will be provided on the wedding day.
